Mr. Pratik Bhaskar Parekh
Executive Chairperson & Managing Director
Pratik Bhaskar Parekh is a graduate from University of California, Berkeley USA. He is responsible for the Group’s diversification into other categories of business. With around two decades of experience in the field of Plastic Industry, Business and Corporate Management, he has been at the helm of the affairs and operations of the Company along with the Board of Directors. He is involved in multidisciplinary functions such as policy planning, formulating vision & strategy and long-term development activities of the Group. He primarily oversees the manufacturing operations & sale of the material handling division which includes varied range of verticals plastic pallets, material handling equipment, cold chain products & products for road safety & food service. He has been instrumental in steering the Roto Business, which is now transferred from PPL to our Company pursuant to the Scheme, through various phases of transformation and expansion, leveraging his keen business acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics.
Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh

Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh is a graduate in Commerce. He has a vast experience of over four decades and along with an in-depth understanding of the plastic injection moulding, blow moulding, quality control, marketing and export matters. His leadership has played a critical role in fostering long-term relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. He is responsible for strategic financial matters, including administration, corporate finance, corporate strategy, business development and risk management of the Group.
Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh is a graduate in Commerce. He has a vast experience of 34 years of experience in the field of management, marketing and administration in Plastic Industry. His management skills, marketing ability and experience in plastic industry has benefited the Company. He has now been tasked with ensuring the same growth & presence of the brand PRIMA in International Markets.
Mr. Snehal Natvarlal Muzoomdar
Independent Director
Snehal Natvarlal Muzoomdar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds bachelor degree of commerce and bachelor degree of law. He has over four decades of experience in the field of accounting and taxation and is also the proprietor of M/s. Snehal Muzoomdar & Associates. Further, he is also on the Board of Indo Nippon Chemical Co. Limited and Perfect Octave Media Projects Limited.
Ms. Daxa Jawahar Baxi
Independent Director
Daxa Jawahar Baxi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also for Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. She has over 30 years of experience in International Taxation. She is the Founder of SRI Solutions and has earlier been associated with well-known organization including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co. and Nishith Desai Associates.
Mr. Shaileshkumar S. Shah

Shaileshkumar Sanmukhlal Shah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is presently associated as a partner of M/s. Khandelwal Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, since 1998. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of Taxation, Audit and Accounting. He brings in financial expertise to the Board as he was involved in Statutory & Internal audits of various companies, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, direct tax advisory/consultancy and has carried out financial due diligences, business valuations.
Mr. Abhishek Omprakash Bajaj

Abhishek Omprakash Bajaj, holds a degree of Master of science from the City University, London. He has over 22 years of experience in the field of real estate, consulting, export-import operations, and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Nimit Jitendra Oza, has cleared his Chartered Accountant Intermediate Examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with the The New Wave League LLP, Aneja Associates and KVAT & Co. He has around a decade of experience in field audit and finance. In Fiscal 2025, he did not receive any remuneration from our Company.
Ms. Hetal Manubhai Panchal
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Ms. Hetal Manubhai Panchal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. She has over a year of experience working in a listed entity, with a strong foundation in Secretarial, legal and Compliance. She possesses sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance practices, enabling her to contribute effectively towards maintaining high standards of compliance and managing legal and regulatory requirements with diligence and precision.
Mr. Rajib Mahadeb Sengupta
Rajib Sengupta, has been associated with the Demerged Company since November 2017. He holds Bachelor’s of Science from University of Calcutta. He spearheads the project management, marketing and all development strategies of Roto moulding division and is primarily responsible for strategic insights that adds to the organization’s growth. During the course of his vast experience, the group has drastically increased the trust and appreciation of its consumer, with his consistency towards quality of products manufactured under the brand. He has overall around 35 years of experience in sales and marketing.
